Dog Water Studios is a distributed team of creators based in Arkansas, Washington D.C., Colorado, Los Angeles, and the United Kingdom. We specialize in narrative-driven games with retro-modern aesthetics, combining engaging stories with innovative gameplay mechanics. Our diverse group of writers, designers, composers, and community managers work together remotely to deliver polished, immersive experiences.

Our upcoming title, Imprint, launches November 2026 on Steam. In addition, we have projects like Solder and In Extremis in development, each designed to offer fresh narratives and challenging puzzles. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to expand our portfolio.

Jeremy Matsumoto founded Dog Water Studios and previously served as project manager on “Sixth Extinction” and “6 Seasons and a Game.” With over a decade of experience overseeing narrative-driven titles, he guides the creative vision, ensuring each release maintains strong storytelling and polished execution.
